ALL PMC PERSONNEL AND OFFICERS:
These are the Discord Regulations you are required to follow. Any violation of these rules will result in a strike being issued. Ignorance of these regulations is not a valid defense. All personnel are expected to have read and understood these rules upon joining.
Harassment
Harassment is defined as continuous, repetitive, or severe negative behavior or comments directed toward an individual or group. Harassment of any form is strictly prohibited.
Belittling or demeaning other personnel or groups.
Instigating unnecessary disputes or conflicts.
Please follow the Discord TOS. Anything not allowed in the TOS is also not allowed here.
NSFW / LGBTQ+
Not Safe for Work (NSFW) content is defined as any image, audio, text, or video containing graphic, explicit, or adult material. Such content is strictly prohibited.
Sending NSFW content through text channels.
Sharing NSFW content via direct messages where this Discord server is a mutual connection.
Displaying NSFW material in voice channels.
Using NSFW imagery as a profile picture.
Hate Speech
Hate speech is defined as any act of attacking, demeaning, or discriminating against an individual or group based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
Using racist, antisemitic, or bigoted language.
Promoting, encouraging, or supporting harassment or violence toward any person or group based on the attributes listed above.
Spamming & Flooding
Spamming and flooding are defined as sending excessive or repetitive messages, pings, images, or other content with the intent to annoy, disrupt, or obscure conversation.
Spamming pings to annoy others or gain attention.
Flooding the chat to conceal or obstruct chat history.
Excessive use of emojis, images, or GIFs.
Communication
English is the only permitted language to ensure inclusivity and understanding among all members. The use of other languages is allowed only in channels specifically designated for them.
Speaking a different language in non-designated channels is not permitted.
Advertising
Advertising is defined as promoting or sharing links to other servers, websites, or products without prior authorisation from administration.
Inviting members from this server to join another community.

Conflicts and Reporting
All conflicts should be resolved privately via DMs or with the assistance of an admin. Rule violations must be reported through the designated channel or directly to moderators.

PMC RULES
These are rules that must be followed at all times in events and deployments.
Discipline and Obedience
Orders from superiors must be followed without question. All members are required to adhere to server rules, and any discussion of decisions should occur only at designated times.
Hierarchy and Structure
PMC operates under a clear chain of command. This PMC is spread across 4 cores: LR's Core (Lower Ranks), NCO Core, Officer Core, and Highcommand. Each higher ranked core has command over a lower ranked core and can issue orders or commands to the lower ranked core during an event.
Activity
Regular participation in PMC events is mandatory. Unjustified absences may result in a warning, and prior notice is required for any planned absences.
Addressing Higher Ranks
During events, respect for the higher core must be maintained. In the event of a breach of this rule, a member of the higher core has the right to impose a disciplinary penalty on a member of the lower core.
Training and Preparation
Members are required to regularly attend training. New recruits undergo probation, and all members are encouraged to continually develop their combat and strategic skills.
Daily Operations Protocol
PMC operates under a strict schedule for missions, training, and rest. Members must be prepared to act promptly whenever called upon.
Loyalty and Brotherhood
Loyalty to PMC is non-negotiable. Traitors or deserters will be expelled, and members are expected to support one another to maintain the strength of PMC.
External Relations
Members are prohibited from collaborating with external groups without prior permission. Confidential PMC matters must not be shared with outsiders.
Penalties and Consequences
Rule violations will result in warnings, demotion, suspension, or expulsion depending on the severity of the offense. Penalties will be applied accordingly.
VIOLATIONS = STRIKES
Any breach of these regulations will result in formal disciplinary action by North Ridge PMC leadership. Repeated violations may result in removal from the faction.
