THE MISSION:
BECOME AN OPERATOR
Enlistment into North Ridge PMC follows a strict 5-step protocol. All recruits must complete each phase before receiving their designation. There are no shortcuts. There are no exceptions.
// PRE-BCT REQUIREMENTS
GEAR READINESS
BEFORE BCT
Before entering Basic Combat Training, every operator must have the following uniforms and weapons completed. No recruit attends BCT without full gear readiness.
Base Uniform
Standard issue — completed
1st IB Forest Uniform
Forest environment loadout — completed
Primary Weapon
Standard primary configuration — completed
Secondary Weapon
Sidearm configuration — completed
Melee Weapon
Standard melee configuration — completed

Read the Rules
Familiarize yourself with all Discord regulations and faction conduct expectations. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.
Submit Application
Open the application via Appy Bot in the designated channel and answer all questions truthfully and completely.
Await BCT
Wait for a Basic Combat Training session to be hosted by North Ridge PMC leadership. BCT dates are announced on the server.
Pass BCT
Complete and pass the Basic Combat Training. Upon passing, you will be officially inducted as a member of North Ridge PMC.

RAPID RESPONSE GROUP
RRG is the elite force of North Ridge PMC. To apply, you must first complete the standard enlistment protocol and reach the rank of SPC. Then open a ticket in support and request a tryout.

Pass the BCT
Complete and pass Basic Combat Training to be officially inducted into the 1st Infantry Battalion.
Reach the Rank of SPC
Earn the required points through participation and activity to reach the rank of Specialist (SPC).
Request a Tryout to RRG
Open a ticket in the support channel and request a tryout for the Rapid Response Group. Leadership will review and respond.
